Due to my own personal medical concerns, I've developed an Android applications called My Health Records, which allows a user to keep track of medical information. It's designed to make it easier when you go to the doctor to have all of your information handy. It stores your medical history such as allergies, surgeries, and conditions, medications, body weight, blood pressure and pulse, lab tests, office visits, and blood glucose readings.

This release adds many new features
- I have redesigned the interface to make room for the new record areas. Use your menu button from the main menu to access more options.

- Office Visits - The history area was designed for you to keep track of important conditions, allergies, surgeries, etc. The Office Visits area will allow you to track when you had medical visits, who you saw, and what happened. It’s helpful if you have a lot of visits to keep track of.
- Office Hours - This area will be more of an addition to the contacts that you have on the phone. It’s going to have more details as to when an office is open, and a link to a contact.
- Lab and Test Results - This area will allow you to track results of any labs or tests that you have taken.
- Start Date, End Date, and Adverse Reactions has been added to the medications area
- Filter has been added to the data grids to make locating records more convenient
Previous Releases
Version 1.5
This release fixes some bugs in 1.4.1:
- NumberFormatException was occuring for one user that I am aware of when the height or weight was entered with special characters.
I have added additional error handling to the fields.

Known Bugs still unresolved
-
The application force closes on some Tablets. I have had two reports, one for the latest Samsung Galaxy Tab and another for the Acer tablet. This may have been resolved with the 1.4 release, but I do not have a table to test with.
- Icon disappears on screen when App2SD is enabled - This may only happen on the Samsung Galaxy S phones, but I'm not sure. If the app is installed on the SD card through the App2SD setting, then the shortcut icon will disappear on the screen. The app is still installed, but the icon will disappear on reboot of the device. I'm researching, but it appears to be a problem specific to Froyo and Samsung.
